Aqvori, operated by Pontos Platforms LLC, is a client-management platform used by professional firms to run their client engagements. This page describes the SMS program end to end: who receives messages, how consent is collected, what the messages contain, and how to stop them. Last updated: June 2026.
Firms using Aqvori can send transactional, account-related text messages to their own clients — and only to clients who have explicitly opted in. Message types are limited to: appointment and meeting reminders, case or project status updates, document requests, and meeting confirmations. No marketing, promotional, or advertising messages are sent. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never shared with, sold to, or traded with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes — see our Privacy Policy.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, either by unchecking the box in portal settings or by replying STOP to any message.
